People-First Approach

I strive to create a healthy environment of transparency, equity, and collaboration where teams can make something they're proud of. With my psychology background, I take pride in my emotional intelligence and active listening skills so teams know I’ve got their back no matter what.

Quality and Accessibility

I make sure the features and games we're putting out not only work properly, but are something players will love. I guide milestones to completion, on time and at quality, throughout production. I also help champion accessibility features to ensure all players can experience the game in their own way.

Organization and Analytics

With the use of tools like JIRA, Miro, Notion, and the like, I enjoy taking the time to organize documentation and workflows to make information available and accurate. I also like to create dashboards to analyze data for possible roadblocks and areas of improvement.

Owned production for Core AI Systems, Battlechatter/Systemic Dialogue, Combat Encounters, UI-UX, Technical Design, and Animation Tech Art.
Supported milestone planning and deliverables, feature reviews, playtesting, and stakeholder management.
Iterated and upheld production processes, and offered recommendations for improvement where possible.

Provided publishing production and release management support for release on the Nintendo Switch and Epic Games Store.
The Sims 4: For Rent

Feature Producer for various gameplay features in this Expansion Pack, including new food recipes, marbles, hopscotch, new Traits and Aspirations, and Death by Mold.
Partnered with game designers, engineers, animation, narrative, art and modeling, and guided deliverables through key production milestones.
Released in December 2023 on PC, Mac, Xbox, PS4/PS5.
The Sims 4: Growing Together

Feature Producer for various gameplay features in this Expansion Pack including Infant Milestones, Milestones, Loose Teeth, Baby Shower, among others.
Along with the release of this EP, I also supported the Base Game Infants update.
Partnered with game design, engineering, animation, narrative, art and modeling, and guided deliverables through key production milestones to launch.
Released in March 2023 on PC, Mac, Xbox, PS4/PS5.
